Headed by Francesco DiMecco, a Milano based neurosurgeon, Prof Michael (Yechiel) Barilan has been awarded an Era PerMed grant with European teams
The grant is entitled: Plasma extracellular vesicles (EVs): the key for precision medicine in Glioblastoma
Prof Barilan is responsible for the ethical and legal aspects of the research project. Other partners are Giuliana Pelicci from IEO, Edit Iren Buzas, Semmelweis University, Budapest, Juam Falcon-Perez from Biszkaia, Spain, and Jaim Gallego Perez de Larraya, Navarra, Spain.
